Seton Hill Mews Historic District – Baltimore, MD

Within this two block historic district, RAR Associates has purchased 47 parcels of land, 37 of which were vacant and the remaining contained 10 circa 1850 buildings.

Through imaginative planning and creative reuse of the land, Seton Hill Mews was created which contains 59 new and rehabilitated dwelling units and 10 commercial/office units held together by communal parking areas and a system of well lit brick pedestrian walkways.
